• free103point9, a nonprofit arts organization establishing and cultivating the genre of Transmission Arts by promoting artists and works informed
  by an intentional use of space -- of the airwaves.
  

Team Facilitation

• Partnership for Albany Stories, a collaboration among historical and
  cultural organizations to develop and share a comprehensive and compelling story of Albany’ rich history that deepens the public’s understanding of the city’s role in the development of New York State and the nation.

Writing Projects

• Strategizing Me. Making a Personal Career Plan, submitted for publication in a new book from The American Association of Museums Press, Managing Your Museum Career, set for launch at the 2012 AAM Annual Meeting in Minneapolis St. Paul this April.

• Leadership Matters: Conversations with History Museum Leaders, a series of profiles exploring successful leadership in 21st-century history museums. Written with Joan H. Baldwin, this book will be published by AltaMira Press in 2013 under the American Association for State and Local History imprint.

• "The History Museum in New York State: A Growing Sector Built on Scarcity Thinking," was published in the August 2011 issue of The Public Historian (Vol. 33, No. 3, pp. 18-37).

January 2010: Members of the Ticonderoga Historical Society board work in
small groups to refine goals and strategies as part of
an intensive strategic planning retreat.
